My parents went from bad to worse. They think my life run on their time, and their plans. They don't trust me one bit to do anything and I have to leave my door open when I'm on here, and I have private conversations. Please help me for I know not what to do. It's getting riddiculous.

They are trying to protect you sweetheart. There are many perverts on the web that love to prey on young children and teenagers. My son get on line too and every web page he visits is sent to me via email. Also a copy of all of his incoming and sent email is fwd to my email. Its not that I dont trust him, I dont trust everyone else. Be greatful that they care.

Try this; if you have never done anything to cause them suspicion you must assume they are overprotective because of their past behavior. Talk openly about your day and feelings and let them know that you are an open book. This will be hard at first because you are probably being short with them now. Make deals with them, talk it up. Tell them what you need and ask them questions about their feelings.
