A sentimental and special gift would be roses, chocolates and such other things. And as you say he loves games how about gifting some Virtual Gifts..., WeeWorld, a virtual world has released virtual gifts that are being explicitly positioned as a low-cost alternative to real Valentine's Day and other gifts a teenager might not be able to afford..... Check out them

I am not a teenage boy, but I am the mother of one...You did not specify if the gift is for a boyfriend, friend or your son... So from me, he wants money, money, money. But from a girl his age he would like a small chocolate heart or valentine candy of some kind (but just a little something as a token) and then a Blockbuster gift card to rent games.
