a right time well obviously you guys have problems or you have your eye maybe on someone else. if it is just about problems talk it out with him try to fix change the situation that is not working. If you have done and put in an honest effort to correct the problem then end it. is there a right time for whom you him or for the both of you. If you want to break up and just dont know how to tell him. simple be honest about it tell him. Dont play head games or heart games. just do it.

when you no longer are in a give and take relationship.
when it is all give on your side, and he is just taking and not giving.
without knowing your situation, i can not give a proper answer.
but if you are feeling that things are over, you are questioning the relationship, then chances are you 1/2 way there.
