wat does it mean when a guy looks at u but never talks to u does it means that they like u? Its my brother's friend not a close friend just a friend and i kind of like him so what do i do? i need some advice...

First know that girls think way too much about what a guy means. Stop worrying so much about wether he likes you.
If you like him, just be up front and flirt with him and ask him. You should be a little forward, and if you end up scaring him off you don't want to be with some sissy that gets intimidadted by girls anyway!
Maybe you just had a booger in your nose, or maybe he is freaked out about how much you look like your brother...or maybe he does think you're hot. Just make sure he doesn't think your brother is hotter, hhahaa. I'm kidding. But seriously, just talk to the guy!

Talk to him would be good, just cause he looks at u doesnt mean he likes u, how could u like someone if u dont know them?
