Thearchie... It looks like it would be translated as Θεαρχία in Greek, which would mean God-archy (God's ruling/governing).
"Pseudo Denys Areopagite"? I have heard about a "Denys Areopagite" but about a Pseudo one, no (I'm not interested in proofing religious data currently).

It means "government by God","divine sovereignty" or "Theocracy" -as opposed to "Oligarchie" which is goverment by a few people or "Démocratie",which is government by the people.
