The majority of native americans believed that we all worshipped the same god or holy spirit, but in a differn't way/interpretation of that god. If you are christian, muslim, or jewish, do you belive in the same god or is your religion the only true manifestation of god?

I think the many paths lead to the same place, that there are many facets on one diamond.

I believe by praying to a god that you interpret differently is not praying to the same god. For me, forget religion! I pray to one God only, the God of Israel, God almighty! Yes, he happens to be the same God of the Jewish and the Christian. The Christian is an extension of the Jewish, Christians faith came from the Jewish. The only difference is that they do not recognize Jesus as Messiah and therefore, most Jewish do not recognize the New Testament. As far as the Old Testament, we have the same teaching. Having said that about the NT and Jesus, the Jewish people will soon know their Messiah! God Bless the Jewish People and God Bless all his Children who love him!

Ok every religion believes that the higher being they believe in created everything right? So why wouldn't it the same higher being? Christians believe god created the world and everything in it. If im not mistaking Jewish and muslim does as well. Wicca believes that an all supreme neither male nor female created everything. and the god and goddess are manifestations of that all supreme.
Hope this kinda helped with your question some.

No, and to claim that all Gods are the same is an insult.

Myself, I am a hard-polytheist, I believe each God and Goddess is a separate individual being. Gods are not interchangeable. Odin is NOT the same deity as Zeus or Jesus.

I believe many Gods exist, but I do not worship them all. Only the ones whom I have pledged an oath to: Aesir and Vanir.

Buddhism teaches no creator god. Everyone is part of the One.
Not all Buddhist believe in Reincarnation. And the meditations can be used with any religion. Buddhism is a humanistic philosophy.

My favorite scripture:
Every breath you breathe is a tiny prayer to Father Time.

prayer aside, i think all gods are just different ways to describe the same thing, so i guess my answer would be YES. except i believe the personification of the divine is too simplistic. each and every god is an aspect of the divine, possibly a slightly different aspect (esp in polytheistism), and the true meaning and actual concept is too vast and complicated for people to really understand, except for the few who've acheived 'enlightenment', like buddha, jesus, etc, who go on to try and explain it to others (often a futile effort) and end up as 'founders' of various religions.

No. God does not change. He cannot have different standards for different religions. Islam worships the false God whom they call Allah. We may all THINK we worship the same god, but in fact, many are fooled, just as those who bowed to a golden cow or goddess Dianna. Those are not the same as the One God the Creator and Author of all things.

The false gods, including the god of islam, the buddah, etc., are imposters who are leading people to hell. Simply put.

God only hears the prayers of those hearts that are open to him. If hearts turn away from his son whom he sent to take their sin away, then there is a point at which he will not listen to their cries.

Isaiah 1:15 And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.

There is only one true and living God.

NO< we dont all pray to the same God, cuz there is only one GOd, the God of the Bible. the one that tells us Jesus. God says that any religion that doesnt have the teachings of Jesus is false religion. There you go. What He says settles it for me. The muslims dont believe in Jesus. Nor does a Jew, unless they have become a messianic jew. Many faiths do not acknowledge Jesus as the son of God, as sthe Jehovah wittness, and others. They do not pray to the same God. There is a three fold God, the blessed trinity. of God the father, Jesus the son, and the Holy Spirit, all three are of the Godhead. Thats easily proved in scripture. and therefore if your so called God doesnt say Jesus is the messiah, no we arent praying to the same God. They have a false God. Not my words, but Gods. Either you believe in the Bible or you dont. BUt, dont mix false religion with Christianity. They may worship whoever they please, but without Jesus there is no salvation.. Thanks for the great question.

If god exists, then of course there's only one and everyone's worshipping the same god in different ways. It's obvious
