My daughter lost her 1st tooth when she was 4 years 11 mos old (back in June). She lost her 2nd about 4 weeks later, and her third about 3 months later (that's all she has lost to date). She is still missing her 3rd tooth - it is just starting to come in now.

Children commonly start losing their teeth between 4 and 7. It's quite normal. The two loose ones are probably the middle front ones on the bottom and, if you'll remember, those were probably the first two to come in. Did s/he get teeth early too? That can sometimes play a role in it too. Don't worry. =)

I dont think this is a good idea. A loose tooth may be annoying, but it is not dangerous. The tooth will fall out when it's ready to. If you try, you'll hurt the child, as you could tear his/her gum. Once the gum has been torn, there is more chance that infection will develop, and if you try to pull it out before it's ready to fall out naturally, then the adult tooth may grow in the wrong place.

Precocious child! Just think...no school pictures with missing front teeth! There is such a wide variance in what is "normal." Your child is fine. You might want to be sure that he or she does a good job of brushing the new teeth. It's kind of hard for a little person to brush well. Maybe you can get a child-size electric toothbrush.

Don't let the 4 year old pull it out than it will come in cricked

Good luck
