Everyone wishes that life be "fair" and that the good times go on and on forever. But, unfortunately, this is really just wishful thinking.
There's an old saying: "This too shall pass." Usually we say this to people who are going through some bad times, to remind them that things usually do change for the better and that however badly we are feeling right now is not going to last forever. But "This too shall pass" actually applies to good times as well, for it's pretty hard to lead a full life and not go through some periods of misery.
So, we need to thoroughly enjoy the good times, and just ride through the stressful ones, and try to keep it all in a proper perspective.

Well, all I can say is that life is like that sometimes. I know that is not what you want to hear but as you get older then you will learn to roll with the punches. The stressful times come and go. I know I have had years without major stress and years with it - including family deaths, job loss, etc. Life is really hard sometimes but I will always remember what my dad used to tell me "It gets better!" Take care!

Life happens. People, situations, change. Life may seem exactly the same, but if you dig deeper, the little things happen and build up causing the loved (sarcasm) stress. Take it for me. My life should SEEM easier, but really it makes me stay awake for hours at night. It might not be something obvious, but it is something. So if you want to get rid of it, you'll have to do a lot of thinking and soul searching. It could be a situation you're in (financial, physical, etc), or something you're subconciously unhappy about in your life.

You have to really sit down and look at your life and ask yourself "What's different this year than last year?"
New or different people, new or different situation, loss of a loved one, perhaps. taking medications or drugs, drinking more, eating more, exercising less. You know, stuff like that. Give it a try. Find out what's different and then correct it.
Good Luck

Things change quickly. In merely a few months your whole perspective of life can change, for example. Stress is going to happen to everyone, no matter what. You just need to learn how to handle it, if you don't already. For me, playing my violin, or writing, relieves my stress. ^^
