I've tried all the suggestions from the Adobe website, but I still can't get it to download. Someone mentioned something about being logged on as Administrator, which I am. Anyone have any suggestions?

Are you having trouble "Installing" or "Downloading?"

I can't make the differentiation from your question. If you are trying to use a web installer, try downloading the program manually, then installing.

Also, make sure it is compatible with your OS/Browser (you didn't mention that either).
