You are absolutely correct. Between different religions there are many different contradictions. And not just small ones either. Some say that God is part of a Trinity(God ,Jesus & Holy spirit all one person) whereas others say that God is the Almighty Sovereign, Jesus is his Son and the Holy spirit is his active force. Other differences include 'What happens to us when we die', do we have an immortal spirit that goes to heaven or are we just dead, with no thoughts or actions awaiting a ressurection to life on a paradise earth? Hell fire? Going to war? Abortion? Cross? Blood? Celebrations etc etc These are just some of many different contradictions between different relegions and yet they all use the same source for their beliefs 'The Bible'. Is God happy with every form of worship? No! “Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will. Many will say to me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and expel demons in your name, and perform many powerful works in your name?’ And yet then I will confess to them: I never knew YOU! Get away from me, YOU workers of lawlessness matthew 7:21-23. So it is important to find the correct way. You can do this for yourself by picking the Bible up and reading it. Pray to God as well, and ask him to guide you to the truth. And if you have any questions feel free to email me

well.. it's complex. the masons have created the mormons, jehovas witnesses, christian science, theosophy (new age), scientology.. etc. *by scripture a christian cannot join masonry - and neither can islams for that matter*
but also own/operate about 1/2 the REGULAR churches i know of (and most of the tv preachers); oral roberts, kennith copeland, jimmy swaggart, pat robertson (etc).
that aside.. i think diversity is a GOOD thing, as long as you keep the basics together. *the more nations, the harder it is to take them all over* (watch 'Lord of War' 'till you understand the message)
'Lions Gate' movies are Christian.. and there to point things out
National Treasure, Saw, Triangle, Wicker Man (the origional was more informative).
and for those who really wanna know what's up

Yes, I try to explain that there are actually many different religions that use the name Christian, but people insist on saying we are all guilty of the errors of others. One thing most Christians got wrong is not really worshipping God in church; they think they are supposed to sit quietly and only one at a time can pray. David wrote that we should make a joyful noise unto the Lord. Get with it, people, worship God.

It's not a condition limited to Christians. Jewish people, Muslims, and other religions have contradictions within their belief systems, too.
It's just part of being human and trying to understand One Who cannot ever be completely known.

Perhaps the Bible says one thing; but because things have been added to it; and many people have 'wrongly' divided it (2 Tim. 2:15) (actually it has already been wrongly divided, and many people 'Christians' are accepting the 'wrongly divided' version) many words mean different things than they apparently think.
May you receive a large pleasant surprise today to God's glory!!!!!

contradiction is a human fault,if you tell someone a storey by the time it reaches the tenth person it is a completely different storey,so read the book and if you do not believe it,well that's up to you.

The way to deal with the contradictions is....stop listening to people & turn to the Scripture for yourself. Read it & obey what grabs your spirit. Then you are being true to what you know.

for a fifteen 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous you're very worldly smart. What you assert is authentic yet i ought to ought to say that , that style of behaviour is not purely restricted to the Palestinians v Israeli & vice versa. i think it really is the overall behaviour of all nationalities at conflict with yet another u . s . a .. unhappy & i ought to like to confirm peace & unity between all adult adult males, females & little ones in the course of the international yet regrettably I doubt if it is going to take position in my lifetime. properly finished to you regardless of the reality that for sharing your ideas with us.
