Yes he did and is living in paradise without his leg hurting him! He laughs with our joy and cries at some people's mockery of him.

I believe that since Noah was ordered to take up two of every living creature, and yes that included animals, then it is reasonable to suggest that Barbaro, and all other ill fated animals, have gone to heaven.

Of course he did. He joined Lost in the Fog, Ruffian, Secretariat and all the other poor souls who have lost their battle for life. He is running in green pastures and not hurting anymore. I have two little boys...3 and 5. They ask me if Barbaro is happy. This is what I tell them. God bless Barbaro...our family will love him always. It makes us love our own horse more.

I think he went to the Rainbow Bridge, which has been called the bridge to Heaven by some. He's happy and free there, and has lots of friends. One day, he will see his owners and trainer again.
