Everyone says that he's shy and he isn't the one who goes up to girls and starts a conversation. He's my best friends brother but then again she also wants us to be together. It's hard. I mean i hardly know him. I dont hang out with him at their house. I only see him in gym and STudyhall and of course in the halls. I want to just give him a note that explains everything, but I'm terrified about how he'd react. I have never felt this way about any guy in my whole entire life. What should I do? Please Help!

just go up to him and start talkign to him
or maybe do like a family thing with you friend's family while the brother and flirt with him so you can get to know him more
or get his screename and tlak to him on there
just believe in yourself and have confidence

Shy guys are the most difficult category,but don't worry!I think you should give him a week or two and then start flert with him in some fine way(don't jump on him,he will run).Try to give him some sings,so he will feel free.Smile all the time,but don't be fam-fatale.Make him to fell comfortable in your company,as a friend first.Speak about general things-music,films,food...Also go together in gym,drink some refreshment after gym...find some more reasons to be with him often and you will have opportunity to speak..good luck...p.s.sometimes our situations are solved by themself...

Just becuase he is shy, doesnt mean he dislikes girls! Since he is so shy, he's probably never had anyone say that to him. I think you should just go ahead with the note.. i'm super shy also, and if you're scared to do that, just give it to a friend who is not so shy.

Use your mouth. Go up and sit down with him and tell him how you feel - slowly but surely. And then hope for the best. If you're too impatient, flash him and then things will be just fine and dandy
