this is a really yummy meal that you can make with about 10-15 dollars.
ingredients Extra Virgin Olive oil (you can get it cheap at aldi's if you have one near by about 2.99
thin spaghetti noodles $1
white pasta sauce (parmesean mozzarella is best) $2.50
cherry or grape tomatoes as much as you like, sliced (about $3)
frexh garlic (you only need 1 or 2 cloves so maybe $1)
1/2 onion
whatever seasonings you like (i like Mrs dash table bland and italian seasoning)
boil water for the noodles, cook the noodles as per the directions. you want them a little firm, not too mushy
Put a little of the oil in the pan. cut the onions and garlic as small as you can. sautee it until the onions are transparent
add the noodles to the onion garlic mix and pour sauce over it (all in the frying pan) you dont want it to be dripping with sauce, just enough to hold it all together.
add the tomatoes.
serve with garlic bread if you like.
make sure you have some mints or gum for after as it is hard on your breath but it is very pretty, simple and soooo good!!
if you want it a little fancier, add some strips of chicken or shrimp to it

A very easy and sexy idea is fondue. If you can't afford it for the whole meal, just make a chocolate fondue for dessert and dip some fruit or pound cake in it. You can make it pretty simply with melted chocolate chips and some cream, or you can find MANY recipes on the web. It's very yummy, and sexy because you can feed each other.

Heart Shaped Meatballs and Spaghetti
1lb. ground beef, turkey, or chicken
Seasonings to suit your taste like Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, or Italian seasonings etc.
1/2 cup of potato flakes
Mix these ingredients together then form into heart-shaped balls about an inch or two in diameter
Cook meat balls in a pan then add them to your favorite sauce and cook. Then add the meat balls and sauce to cooked spaghetti noodles.
Chocolate Mousse Dessert
1 pint heavy whipping cream (beat this until peaks form) or 1 container of cool whip
1 package of chocolate pudding mix
Mix the pudding as directed with a little less milk then it calls for then fold the cream into the pudding.
In addition, you can add chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, or butterscotch chips.

Buy some heartshaped cookie cutters and use them on steaks! It's a great dinner, while having some cute valentines day spark added to it. It's hard to get a guy a gift for Valentines Day, what I'm doing is getting my boyfriend a box of candy, and making him a nice big dinner, oh yeah I also bought a nice red nighty ;-)

Buy the two of you a couple of nice sized salmon's....two good sized potatoes, sour cream, some chives, or just cut up some (green onion)......butter, of course to go with the potatoes and for the salmon.....for your vegeez, you could get something fun like a artichoke, and share it together, with a dish each with mayo,on one side, and butter on the other, and a nice platter for the leaves.... (to throw away on). For desert, just buy you one of those double chocolate cakes, and some Vanilla bean ice cream...And put some pretty pink, red & white sprinkles all over the cake yourself, as if you made it yourself!! Okay, to broil the salmon just put in on a good cooking platter pan, like a cake pan, or a cookie sheet w/ foil on top of it, (foil on the cookie sheet, only)...and put butter, fresh parsley, or parsley out of the container (spice isle).....and bake for about 45min at 350 then turn on your broiler for another 5-7 minutes, and it'll be nice and crumbly!!! YUMMO!!! I like to add Garlic on EVERYTHING!!! So you could also add some fresh garlic to that salmon, or the garlic spice, without the salt!! NO SALT!!! YUK!! I hate anything too salty.... For a low budget, you could make him chicken enchilada's, with spanish rice, and beans, and still have the Double Chocolate cake for desert....And on the coffee table for decoration put out one of your nice candy dishes with some good chocolates in it, or those Valentine Candy's that are shaped like hearts, and have sayings on them......And buy some good Chardoney, to go with your cake, or you could go and buy one of those cheap candle lit, Fondue set's.....Get some white or dark Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips, and melt away, with some strawberry's to feed to one another!!! And have some Red, Pink, and white long-stemmed candles all around your living room area, light them up to set the mood, and put on a reall good movie, and you are "Good To Go" Hun!!! Sounds like fun, already!! I wish I could come!! HaHa!!! Just kidding of course!! Hey, you two "Love Birds have a Wonderful Valentine's Day, for us on Yahoo!!!" Smile!!!
