Are your eyes the only one swollen and puffy (periorbital edema)? How about your feet and ankles (bipedal edema)? This can be a sign of a kidney problem. See your doctor ASAP.

You wake up with a full bladder because your body does most of it's internal cleaning and repair work when you're asleep and eliminates the waste products through your urine and feces.

You wake up with puffy eyes because your body is 80% water and the water shifts around when you stay in one position for a long time (like if you stand for long periods of time your feet might swell). Most of the water in your body is located in the lymph which is located right under your skin.

First, are you massaging your eyes area too difficult? no matter if that is, does it make your eyes watery? I had this journey that when I rub down cream round my eyes area, it will be drained and watery, eg : tears popping out from my eyes. that is a classic reaction at the same time as your eyes are too drained i wager. and ought to this reason your eyes to be swollen the subsequent day like you reported as regardless of the reality that you've cried very last evening? next, attempt now to not positioned too a lot cream on it. gently dap with ur ring finger and see if it takes position again. If it does, chance is, you're allergic to it. ought to objective to modify to eye gel extremely.
