THIS IS NORMAL. SOMETIMES IT TAKES A LITTLE LONGER FOR THE CARTILEDGE TO FULLY HARDEN . I HAVE RAISED AND BRED MY PIT FOR 5 YEARS AND CAME ACROSS THIS MANY TIMES. THIS MAY BE A SIGN THAT THE EAR WONT SIT RIGHT . YOU CAN ALWAYS TAPE THE EAR TO THE POSITION YOU WANT IT TO SIT IN WHEN IT HARDENS.

GOOD LUCK WITH THE DOG AND REMEMBER, NEVER TEACH YOUR DOG TO BE AGRESSIVE. THESE DOGS HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF JUDGEMENT ON THERE OWN. THIS WAY THERE AGRESSION CAN BE TURNED OFF ON DEMAND.

We have an 11 week old pitbull and he can hold both of his ears back but our friends bought on of his brothers and he can only hold one ear back. More than likely his ears will stay that way...we have a 1 1/2 year old schnauzer whose ears aren't cropped an he can't hold either of them back. I would have liked to have gotten our pits ears cropped but it's expensive in California...

You can always tape them yourself. Get a styro cup and use breathable tape. Change every 3 days and wash in between. Whistle ALOT, this will help the pup flex the muscles.
