You should be fortunate that you have a weekend each month to be together. My long distance relationship has yours beat by about 15,000 kilometers. I live in California and my wife is living in Vietnam waiting for her immigration visa. We were apart for 10 months before our wedding in November last year and have been apart for over a month now.

It is VERY tough to have a long distance relationship. My wife and I had several moments when we thought our relationship should be called off. We got through it because we knew that we were soul mates and our love for each other kept growing.

The time you have together will be enough if you and your girlfriend are meant to be. It's more important to enjoy the moments you have together than worrying about the time you are apart. I commend you in playing everything smart. You are letting your relationship grow before making some big decisions, such as moving in with her.

Good luck to you two!

Go for it dude...you don't want to look back one day and think..."what if I only"

At least when you make action, there is some outcome. If you do nothing, then the outcome is already determined.
