FireFox (cause it isn't as popular as it should be)

BSPlayer, VLC Media Player

Four I enjoy having around: (1) nistime-32.exe, used to query the "atomic clock" and adjust my computer's clock whenever needed; (2) Microsoft theme generator, used to create mobile device backgrounds; (3) imagedit.exe, used to create cursor images; and (4) aniedit.exe, used to create animated cursor images
