Ok i date a guy who doesn't want to kiss me and doesn't want any romantic relationship with me yet i can not break up with him b/c i feel that i might love him!
this other guy hugs me holds onto me wants to kiss me (has kissed me and i loved it and wanted more!) but i can't tell myself to dump my boyfriend for the maybe guy of my dreams!! WHAT DO I DO!!!???

Ask yourself this question... Why doesn't my guy want to kiss me??? I'm sorry, but if my b/f did not kiss me, that would be a MAJOR problem. Guy #2 likes you, and you like him tooor else you wouldn't have allowed yourself to be kissed. I think you know what you really want to do, you just don't want to look bad by breaking up with someone. Good Luck

So its either do the wrong thing (dont dump him and go with the other guy at the same time and look like a slut) or do the right thing (dump your unaffectionate boyfriend and go out with the new guy). Which will you choose? FYI: Either way, someone is gonna get hurt.

the real question is if you really love your b/f then why are you even hanging around this other guy?? If you have trouble answering this question then you need to dump your b/f and the other guy and enjoy single life for a while!!!! Girls Rule!!!!!!!!
