There is a girl I realy like but about for weeks ago I started talking to this other girl. The girl I really like seems to not care at all about me because she hasn't talked to me yet. (My other questions elaborate further on this situation.) Yesterday was my b-day and she didn't even speak to me (she knew it was my b-day because someone wished me a happy b-day very loudly and she was right there) or called or messaged me yesterday to tell me happy b-day. On the other hand, I talked to this one girl for four weeks and she pays attention to me. She also told me she never really goes anywhere because she doesn't really have anyone to go anywhere with (I think that was probably a hint). Yesterday I asked her for her number and she said she'll write it down in her next class and give it to me at lunch. Today she gave it to me as soon as I saw her and she explained that her mom came to school to get her yesterday before she could've met me in between lunch. (continued in additional details)

We talked a little more today and she listened to everything I said and she also stimulated the conversation. Now I know that if I call her today I might seem desperate, (no I didn't tell her I'd call her today) but I want to ask her to go with me to the Valentines dance this Sat so I figure me not calling would make it more of a chance of her saying no when I ask her tomorrow at school. So should I call today or tomorrow and how do I explain effectively when I ask her that we can go to the dance just as friends and it doesn't have to be a date?

Well if this other girl you liked first has never even talked to you, why would she wish you a happy b'day? It's obvious this other girl likes you because she talks to you all the time an she gave u her number. So just phone her now and ask her, before somebody else gets in there.

I personally think you should wait a couple of days. This will make her think about you and make her wonder if you're going to call. Call her at an unexpected time and ask her out, just don't call in the middle of the night. If she says she can't or doesn't want to, act as if this doesn't bother you and ask her to something different in another couple of days. Women can sense if you have any lack of courage, so make sure you build up your courage first!

Call her. You won't seem desperate at all. She was obviously eager to give you her number and let you know that she wanted to give it to you sooner but couldn't. In fact, she's probably WAITING on you to call her right now!
Warning: the girl that's been ignoring you will probably start showing you attention once she finds out about you and this new girl. Don't give her the satisfaction...go out with the girl that liked you from jump kiddo.

Do what makes you happy! If the second girl likes you , why not give her a chance. You obviously like her even a little bit or else you wouldn't even bother with her. The first girl sounds kinda like a b****. If she's going to ignore you, it's not worth it. Just go with the flow. Call girl #2 and go out. She is obviously into you. What do you have to loose?

why would you care if someone talk to you or not if you really like the other girl more ? if she does not say happy-b for you before anyone or at the same day then proberly she is not going , she feels embaressed enough that she did not tell you at that day , she wont call you the next say for that ,,

Call her. the first girl doesn't sound interested at all. girl #2 sounds like she likes you. what do you have to loose? and about asking her.. just say "hey, there's a dance this weekend, you wanna go as friends?" that way, there's no pressure for her or you to go as a date and its simply a good time.

CALL HER. She obviously likes you. And if you wait she'll probably think that you aren't as interested and are using her as a last resort because you couldn't get someone else. Plus, you better hope she isn't reading this.

I say wait till you can get her on her own and get into a good conversation with her. Start off by asking her how she feels that day and then compliment her.

Well she if she doesn't show any interest in u why ask her..she doesn't care about you why should u date her...a lot of people get hurt that way...
