Lots of doctors deliver babies. It's one of those chores that every doctor will sooner or later get around to doing.
Some babies are delivered by people who aren't even doctors.

The main doctor that delivers a baby is considered an Obstetrician. Most are both Ob/Gyns (the Gyn is a gynecologist).
