If you are fortunate enough to make it to heaven, you will have no remembrance of loved ones who did not obey the gospel. There will be no tears in heaven, only joy and peace.

No but if you do go to heaven you will know that God did not send them anywhere. They sent themselves. It is called Justice.

God will not and has not sent anyone to hell. We all have a choice, to receive Jesus Christ as our Saviour, or not.
People send themselves to hell.

Excellent question. It would stand to reason that if Heaven is perfect then you would not be bothered by it, or not remember it.
