Besides going to the vet????? goodness...poor dog, has an owner that doesn't even care enough to take her to the vet for proper care.....she will get bigger in the belly, then, about 24 hours before giving birth (which is in about 63 days) she will stop eating and look for a place to have them.

they start to eat more. they start gaining weight. a dogs gestation is only 2 months so these signs should come pretty soon. Since a Jack Russel is a smaller dog i would take it to the vet to make sure the puppies arent to big to pass through the birth canal. if they get stuck her and her puppies will most likely die... im not trying to scare you. it is just the truth.

The night before it gives birth it will throw up every were and the weeks before it will not be as hyper and will be laid back start getting bigger and it will eat a lot but i would take it to the vet

Go to your vet, get your dog checked, if your dog is preganant, get it desexed and it the pregancy will be terminated at the same time.
