I translated it on babel fish @ www.altavista.com
It's rough, but it's basically telling you thanks and come again.

Everyone can translate the words literally, except the "graag " bit. For this you have to translate loosely. What it really means is," Thank you for your purchase, we eagerly await the next time."

Thanks for your purchase, looking forward to helping you next time.
(graag means something like appreciate, gladly, but I would translate it as "looking forward to" or "I would like to ..." )
It is more like language of a company than an ordinairy person.
Altavista can help you next time, although it is not always correct, it gives an impression. Babelfish would say: "Thanks for your purchase, gladly to the next time", because it would translate graag as gladly.

It's "Thanks for yr purchase, willingly to the next time".
'Glad' is in Dutch 'blij' or 'verblijd' and then I'm not agree to translate 'keer' with 'gladly'.

First part:
'Thanks for your purchase.'
For the last bit you have multiple options:
'Hopefully 'till next time.'
'Hopefully we can welcome you back soon.'
'Please visit (us) again soon.'
'Please visit again in the future.'
Well, all these variations say kind of the same.
