We should wait in God through the following ways:
1) Prayer
2) Bible Reading
3) Listening to Christian Music
4) Attending Church
5) Doing God's Will.

Live the best life you can. Volunteer in your community especially those in dire need, serving others is your duty.
Also care about the enviornment-reduce destruction to the planet if possible, respect others including your family, and basically be a good person...believing in God is a step, but to serve God you must serve others.

Prayerfully continue serving him and do not make a major decision until you have heard from him through a Bible teaching or through a responsible Christian.

perhaps with a towel draped over our arm, a pen and paper in hand, and make sure he takes a look out our fancy wine list. make sure to ask, "soup or salad?"
