I know a lady who had a cat get hit by a car and break its face up really bad including the jaw. The vet went in and rest the cat's facial bones and wired its jaw. Of course it had to stay sedated for quite a while until it learned how to eat and not freak out. After the wires came off, he learned how to eat solid food again and now he looks like nothing happened! His hair even covers the scars. I guess it would take a cat with a certian behaviour, or the right drugs but yes, its possible!

some of the neighborhood bully kids beat up my elderly lady neigbor's cat.... she found him clutching a chain link fence and he'd been there for two days.... he had a broken jaw, lost vision in both eyes, and one of his legs was broken. He's completely healed now, except for his eyesight in one eye. that was about a year and a half ago. he wont go outside anymore. he used to come and visit us, but now, we go to visit him. I hope your baby is okay.

good luck!!

It can heal but the cat definitely needs vet care if it hasn't had it already.

take the cat to the vet, depends on the break, it may be repairable with surgery. It may also be inoperable and will need to just heal on it's own....but you will have to get it checked out to see which type of break it is.
