If you are asking about speaking it well the answer is definitely yes. The reason is that French has many more exceptions in it`s grammar and the only way to learn them is to memorize them. Just take a complete grammar book of both languages and you will find that the French one is approximately double the amount of pages.

French is way harder. In french you have feminin and masculin, beautiful but very complexe grammar and it has many more verb tenses. English was a breeze to learn.

French is more complicated than English. Learn both! Good luck.

The only thing I can say in french is "oui". I think it depends on how much experience you have in something. No language is harder than the other, but it's a bit tough to get yourself motivated enough to learn a new language if you're not forced to do it in high school, lol.

it is definitely harder to learn french if you speak english
but i think it is also harder to learn to speak english if you are a french speaking person
i think learning languages generally is harder
but that is me
it may be a lot easier to other people

it depends on your mother tongue though:
french tenses are pretty similar to Italian tenses for example.
English instead would be quite easy for a Dutchman to learn.
But it's quite hard to figure out the meaning of French sentences because many words sound very alike.

French is harder because some of their sounds are almost undiscernable, and they have way too many letters in some of their words.
