Yes they are talking about the same sealed book.

Revelation 5
1And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.
Isaiah 9:11
11And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed:

I think that Isaiah 29:11 is similar to Revelations 4:1, not your verse.

A "sealed book" implies a document with a clay or wax seal imprinted by the ring of someone in authority, and only that person has the authority to open it.

When John saw the door standing open in heaven, it was God's invitation, by his own authority, to John to come in and take a look.

The open door and the open seal represent the same thing, the access to knowledge.

1Then I saw in the right hand of him who sat on the throne a scroll with writing on both sides and sealed with seven seals

For you this whole vision is nothing but words sealed in a scroll. And if you give the scroll to someone who can read, and say to him, "Read this, please," he will answer, "I can't; it is sealed."

No similarities, exept they both dont make sense
