Hi! I have felt fine for about 3m now (last time I got sick was when I was 3m pregant) Just normal morning sickness. But anyways I ate spaghetti and meat balls, which I just ate the same thing about 2 days ago and felt fine, But now I can't seem to keep it down. I tried to eat a poptart and yogurt, but was unable to keep it down. Whats going on? I DO NOT want to take medicine. I'm trying to go through this with out it. Does anyone know of home remidies I can take? Or please tell me what I should do? I have a doctors appt Feb 12, so I dont want to go until then.

It was probably that the spaghetti sauce was just too much for your stomach.
Tomato based foods are very acidic and don't usually react well when you are pregnant. I had the same thing happen. There were still periodic times throughout my pregnancy that I thew up because something didn't agree with me. A couple of times isn't a big deal, because your body isn't what it was before you were pregnant.
If it starts to happen more consistently, then I would consult a doctor, but don't let it worry you unless that happens.

Ginger will help. I used it a lot during my first pregnancy. You can get ginger capsules, or at your nearest natural food store you can even get candied ginger. Also another great thing is Preggie Pops. I've never personally used them, but I've heard they worked wonders. Of course, before taking anything call your ob/gyn and make sure it's ok. And by the way, be very careful about "Home Remedies"...I know a lot of people seem to think that natural is better, but there are tons of herbs and herbal remedies that can cause miscarriage. Even common herbal teas have some of these ingredients in them. Here is a site that's got tons of information on herbs, herbal remedy and pregnancy. Good luck and congratulations!!

Maybe you have picked up a touch of something?

Try some soup.

Also ginger or mint tea is good for an upset tummy.

Gripe water (used for babies) is pretty good too. It isn't really "medicine" it is baking soda, ginger, anise, etc.

I think it's normal. If your not feeling the baby move then I would worry.
