What can I do so that the father of the baby can never be able to see the baby or me. He lives in Missouri and I live in Tx. He's not a fit parent he hasn't sent any money down. He's emotionally unfit to be a parent. What can I do so that he can never be apart of my life or the babys.

is it right to keep yours & his child form knowing who his or hers father is? No matter how bad he might be the child will need a father in the childs life. As far as you keeping away from him well you live far away right now. just stop talking to him and seeing him if that is what you really want.

Move to a new location and do not give a forwarding address.Bye dad. It really is that simple. He might look for about a week and then he will move on. He will be thankful not to have to pay child support. At least that is what you have made him sound like as a person and prospective Parent. You may want to think about why you would want to have sexual relations with someone you seem to have no respect for? This is not a judgment, but rather a hope that you may think about this issue the next time Mr. wonderful comes along and is of the same character this guy is. I wish you well.

If you can get him to give up his parental rights then he will not be able to have anything to do with the child. If that does happen however, you cannot ask him for any money to help with the child. If you can prove to the courts that he is an unfit father, then they will take care of it. Good luck!

Have him sign the baby off. You won't be able to collect child support but that is a catch 22.

why even have sex with him in the first place if you don't ever want to see him again....anyways just tell him that he doesn't need to be a part of their lifes anymore if he doesn't want to be. seeing as hopefully that he knows that he can't be a good parents, he'll agree to it.
