I do. But I can not guarantee it will make you 100% better. You might not like it, but My advice is:
FRESH GARLIC Lots and lots of it. Garlic is a natural anti-biotic. Also - tabasco sauce kills bacteria. But if you are sick, your tummy might be too sensitive for hot sauce/tobassco.
Also, lots and lots of chicken soup. Make sure you also get Vitamin C, drink at least 6-8 bottle of water. (not the 2 liter kind - that's impossible - the single serving sized bottle)
And most important: SLEEP!!!!!! Your immune system is very busy and the less energy you spend on other activity, the more energy your immune system will have to fight off the infection.
Feel better soon!

PLEASE try these 3 remedies...EVERY time I feel run-down or get that tickly feeling in my throat I take these 3 things and it NEVER turns into a full-blown cold.
1) Olive Leaf Extract by "Herb Pharm"....it's in liquid form, and has no side effects...it immediately goes to work to kill any viruses in you...and it's all natural.
2) "JarrowDophilus", by "Jarrow Formulas"...it will keep the healthy "flora" in your body in perfect balance which keeps your immune system strong.
3) "Emergen-C" Vitamin C packets by "Alacer"
All three can be purchased at "Whole Foods Market", possibly "Trader Joe's", or call your local health food store to inquire about these 3 products.
EVERY friend and family member who has taken this advice, hardly ever gets sick.
For your throat: "Peaceful Mountain--Throat Rescue"
You will NEVER find a more powerful throat spray which is all-natural....soothing, fast acting, and kills bad bacteria on contact.
Cayenne pepper (in capsules or sprinkled in soup) and lots of organic green tea will help too !!
You'll see!! :) Get well soon!

flow purchase a Neti pot, it sounds like a geanie lamp. you place water and salt into it and pour it in a single component of your nostril, all the snot and crap will come out the different component of your nostril. as quickly as I first heard approximately this I stated human beings have been loopy to place water up thier nostril. definitely, you tilt your head to the section, so it does not flow up your nostril. you would be surprised how speedily you will recover from a chilly, it works.
