ok, I'm doing this lab, and I can't find out this answer. unicellular yeasts are classified as fungi while unicellular green algae are classified as plants. these classifications are based on ancestory. the protist kingdom "is defined by exclusion: its members are neither animals plants nor fungi nor prokaryotes." how do the organisms above help to illustrate this point? Please don't tell me to look it up on the net because that crap never works it just takes me back and forth to things that I'm not even talking about. also, the library doesn't do good, so don't suggest that either, just need answers, if you can't answer it then don't even bother saying something.

I was getting ready to explain this to you, but your tone is quite rude. So I'm going to keep my explanation to myself.
