I feel more mature than my age and I know my boss is single but hes very attractive and great in conversation. Personally I'de want to push him into a room where no one can see us and go at it but I don't know if he would freak out or be intrigued

You're half his age - he probably looks at you more like a daughter than a dating prospect. Leave him alone - he'd never get involved with you since he's be afraid of later being accused of sexual harassment in the workplace.

You don't and he can't.
Most likely there's a nonfraternization policy at work. He can't have relationship with you as someone in a position of authority over you.
You pretty much would have to quit or transfer to a different part of the company where you are not under his chain or supervision or influence before you can have any kind of relationship. Even then it is iffy and frowned upon because it is potentially disruptive to the other employees.
