When you sit on your PC for hours, do you leave alot of stuff on that normally you would not?(I'm speaking from a global warming perspective).Just trying to outweigh the difference between being lazy or if it's an attention span thing. I have noticed this with my husband and myself at times, when you are distracted by this modern-day luxury, is your carbon footprint being blown threw the roof unknowingly?

The carbon footprint is not a biggie other than a feel good issue. The carbon problem is mostly caused by events beyond your control. It ain't even new-it was done to death in the 1970s when the world was running out of oil or so they told us dummies.

I use a laptop @12 volts - much less electric than desktops...im also pretty power conscious because im kinda poor and energy costs money.

I find that people are either addicted to their computers, or addicted to TV, sometimes both. Its weird how almost everyone in U.S. is addicted to staring into a pixel screen of one type or another...?
