Well, God actually in the Bible has many sons that took human wives. Those sons were not human, however amazingly Christians can not seem to answer that (actually which in the norm for Christians to not answer anything fully). If you are looking for where it is in the Bible, examine Genesis 6:1-4. Stating that God's sons took wives from the daughters of men. And no it does not state that we are part of that group "sons", since God's sons had children which became mighty and men of renown.

That would be a strange scenario. I assuming someone is pointing a gun at me and forcing me to pick one or the other (why would someone do that???)? On the one hand with Islam, I would get up to 4 wives, but at my age the Viagra bill would break me. Plus you know women get "in sync" if you know what I mean, and there's got to be 4 days out of the month when it's pure Hell to be a Muslim man with muliple wives. That might explain why strapping a bomb to one's self is preferrable to living, if you think about it.
With Christianity I would still get to have BBQ pork and ham whenever I wanted it. Plus I wouldn't have to crash planes into buiIdings. Guess I'd go with the Christians.

These questions of voluntary belief always confuse me. If I believe in a certain God, then I'd follow that religion. Choosing a religion is possible. Choosing your beliefs really isn't.

Christianity. Because I know I could pay it lip service and still be admired by my peers. And I wouldn't let it get in my way, and because I'm pretty sure (not positive, mind you) that faking it wouldn't get me in trouble.
I'm not saying that faking a belief in islam WOULD get me in trouble; the truth of the matter is, I don't know.
It's just that I would go with the devil I know. For the reasons stated.

A good question for those who do not believe in themselves. Being an athiest, we do not worry about things like that. I hope a cristian comes along and gives me a thumbs down. I don't care!

Why should those be the only choices? And why pick either one? And what would happen so I "had to believe in god"?

If I 'had' to believe wouldn't that defeat the whole purpose? Isn't it all about faith? Someone telling you that you MUST believe in something would kill the meaning. Following others because you are lost doesn't mean they will lead you where you need to be. Find your own way.

I'd be Jewish.
Actually, I would believe in the Egyptian gods, but you seemed to be on an Abrahamic track.

Just as Christianity survived Communism, Atheists would persist in your hypothetical situation.
