Were you all in the process of calling it quits before he went to jail? He may have not been allowed to call you. He may have been shipped to a different facility. Try calling his mom or one of his family members that may know a bit more information. If he is physically abusive then you need to let this relationship desolve. If you feel counseling will help salvage your relationship then by all means try that.

Did he tell u tht he still wanted to be together with you before he went to jail. and you need to ask yourself if you think he is worth the wait. u also need to consider tht he is in jail and u rlly cant find out how he rlly feels about u at this point. all i can say is tht if u rlly think tht he doesnt love u and u rlly dont feel the same for him anymore then move on. but if u wana find out how he feels and think he is worth waiting for then dont move on.

Well you brooke up, anytime somebody goes to jail, it's over. Yes you're single. It was his doings that got him into jail so why should you suffer for his mistakes? It's over between you two you're free to move on.

You need to talk to him to find out how long he's going to be gone and if you're willing to wait till he gets out. If you don't hear from him say a months' time... you're single, go have some fun.
