My wennie dog is almost 2 and he doesnt get along with my dog that is about the same age of a different breed and as well a male do you think that it has something to do with us getting a female, could it be a dominence thing

I have a 5 month old Dachshund and he is very needy !!!! He HOWLS whenever I leave the house...I think they are moody
