What makes you think it isn't. These are God's characteristics. He is all knowing(omniscient) all powerful(omnipotent)and everywhere(omnipresent) all at the same time. Only God can do that!

Because if you know what you will do in the futre, then you can't change your mind and you're not omnipotent.

If you can change your mind, then you don't know what you will do in the future and you're not omniscient.
