I want to change, not just so that guys will like me, but so that people will quit starting rumors about me that I am a freak or something. I was shy at the beginning of the year, and then I got my 1st bf, and got too excited and called him WAY too much and he got annoyed and broke up with me. Then, I went after his friend, and his friend said,"You call me too much and are too outgoing and crazy." I don't want people to look at me like this anymore, it's not my true personailty, and I want my true personality back. People are starting to say I am loud and the only reason I am like this is 4 attention, which is SO not true... I just got too caught up with guys and wanted THEM to notice me, not the rest of the world. So how do I show everybody that I am not the crazy girl they think of me as?

Well, I understand what you mean... people are starting to say that you are trying to be a one-upper and be better than them, when all you really wanted was to quit being shy and to get guys to realize that you are a cool outgoing girl! So just show them that sometimes, you are shy and too queit to be around them.

you are simply trying to figure out who you are! yeah, guys your age are learning too, so don't be so dependent on them. if you continue to worry about other people, you will get caught up in that instead of trying to figure out who you Truely are.. thats what matters the most. let things happen to you. YOu are sooo much more valuable then any other person. no its not selfishness, its confidence. In college you will be so far ahead of others that you will have true people wanting YOUR attention, instead of fake idiots who just want to get laid.

Focus on you and stop waiting around for guys to be your focus. If a guy likes you and you like him let him call you if he doesnt break up with him dont give guys the time of day play hard to get. you will get more respect and find better guys

well,, theres other ways to get guys to notice you. try going to different events and meeting new ppl. Act like the real you. and guys tend not to like it when grls call them too much. jus relax, and be urself. let the guys call you from time to time. if they do that, then u no there interested in you. :]] Good Luck
