"Does Christianity hate or hold a prejudice feelings against Atheism?"
i dont think hate... but i am sure most of them are not fond of atheists. that for feel the need to help them.
"Its basically the same in most religions. Muslims justify killing through the Koran because of atheists(infidels),right?"
wrong. they kill all others who dont believe in their religion. it doesnt matter if you are an atheist... Christan... Buddhist.
"Are atheists the catalyst for 9/11 or was that theory created by Christians?"
hmm.. i dont think the idea was created by Christan's... i thought it was just a possible explanation given by the media.
"Do you think Atheism is the new Christianity in terms of persecution?"

The Religion itself merely states that, "Atheism is Folly." This is neither a statement of hate or bigotry.
Some (not all, not even necessarily most) Christians, on the other hand hate Atheists almost as much as they hate members of other Christian denominations that appear to be better Christians than they are.

"Christianity" as a term lumps all Christians into one group. There are Christians who do not allow the love of God which they are profess to have to make any changes in their character or behavior. They hold their prejudices and habits dear and merely have the likeness of Christians. They go to church, they take part in church functions but inwardly they are not true Christians willing to change their hearts and minds.
THEN there are Christians who have allowed God to change their hearts. They see ALL mankind as brothers and sisters in need. It is they who extend the hand of help, and friendship to all the world.
AND THEN there are atheists who come to Yahoo answers pretending to be Christians and post hateful comments because they hate Christians and wish to portray them as prejudiced, hate mongering types who have nothing better to do then send everybody to hell.
Christians do not discriminate or persecute.
Psuedo-Christians do.
Christians are the missionaries who strive to bring healthy living to people in isolated parts of the world.
Christians are those who willing put themselves in danger to help others gain a better way of life.
Christians build hospitals and teach the message of healthy living so people can lead productive lives.
Christians care about their fellow man regardless of color, race, or religious beliefs.

True Christianity is pretty simple. Jesus gives us two basic laws to follow in Matthew chapter 22.
1. Love God with everything you are.
2. Love your neighbor (other people) as yourself.
So if Christians out there are promoting hatred or violence solely based on what someone thinks, they are not truly followers of Jesus. The Bible says that Jesus died to save those that hated him.

In my experience yes, if you listen to what some people say about athesists and then replace atheist with muslim or jew they would not be able to get away with it, would probably be locked up for racial hatred or something
