Well, I know how to make it but I need the ingredients and the instructions in Spanish. I tried "google-ing" it but it was no help. I need it for a Spanish project. Please help!

It's chocobanano....this may or may not suit your needs:


Pasta

2-1/2 taza harina
1 cta. bicarbonato
120 grs. chocolate # 117
1/4 taza agua
180 grs. mantequilla
1 taza azúcar
2 huevos
1 taza puré bananos ( 2 bananos)
1 cta. vainilla
1 taza leche
1/2 cta. sal
2 claras huevo

Cernir harina con bicarbonato. Apartar Derretir chocolate # 117 en agua por minuto en 10%. Batir mantequilla hasta cremar. Agregar azúcar, sal, huevos uno a uno batiendo bien después de cada adición, añadir puré banano, vainilla, chocolate derretido y por ultimo ingredientes secos cernidos alternando con leche. Batir claras a punto de nieve, e incorporar a la mezcla con movimiento envolvente. Preparar pirex redondo de 25 cms. Engrasado, forrar con papel encerado, volver a engrasar y enharinar, verter 1/3 de la mezcla y cocinar sobre plato invertido por 7 minutos en 7%. Reposar 2 minutos y repetir procedimiento 2 veces con resto de la mezcla, o sea a tener 3 capas. Preparar crema de banano para rellenar y lustrar.

Crema de banano

1-1/2 taza leche
1 lata leche evaporada
1 taza azúcar
4 yemas
2 cdas harina
3 cdas. fécula de maíz
1/2 taza puré de banano
1 cta. vainilla

Licuar leche, leche evaporada, azúcar, yemas, harina y fécula de maíz, cocinar por 5 minutos, sacar y mezclar con batidor de globo, incorporar puré de banano y vainilla. Rellenar y lustrar capas de queque. Decorar con rollitos de chocolate.

chocobanano are frozen bananas covered in frozen chocolate and eaten like a lollipop on a stick
