mix them with green peppers, red peppers and onions.... you could also add sliced polish sausage to this mixture and put salsa on it, then you can wrap it all in a tortilla...mmmm....it is sooo good :)

You can make a fantastic au gratin potato casserole with those things. So good...they have velveeta and cheddar cheese and sour cream. There are a gazillion recipes out there on the net for them.

have you looked at the back of the hash brown bag, or looked at the website for that hashbrown company? They usually give the best ideas. They want you to keep buying their product!

I found a great recipie:

1 lb of boneless chicken
1 cup of BBQ sauce
hash browns
1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Put the hashbrowns in the bottom of a cassarole dish and lay the chicken on top, pour of the BBQ sauce and sprinkle the cheese on top, let it bake for 35min on 375.

Try it, its simple and great!

My honey makes hash browns with every thing. We serve them with Steak, chicken, pork chops, anything you would serve noddles or potatoes with just substitute hash browns. You can add cheese, onion, peppers, eggs to spice it up.

cook up chopped sausage or bacon, mushrooms, onions and bell peppers and add that to your hashbrowns, then top with either ketchup or sour cream and cheese, good stuff!
