or is it that you are too embarrassed to put your question in a public domain because you feel it is too silly to ask. As a physician i will mnot be judgemental of you email your question and I will see if I can fo it for you in a more private manner

well: you can try adjusting with selfesteems because today
alot of first timers could begin very easy which as doing things
that would help them! yes get some "Good Counsiling " and pick
out in what makes yourself happy ok?
