Best place in Latin America to teach English?

I'm a 29 yr old guy and have been thinking of heading south to teach English while trying to improve my Spanish ability. Does anyone have info about what country/city is best for teaching in terms of pay, cost of living, social life etc.?

I dont know in the rest of Latin America, but here in Peru many people speak and understand english (but we need writting practice)
