Say, "I'm really flattered that you consider my company enjoyable but I am not inclined to go out on a one-to-one basis at this time. Thank you very much. Perhaps I'll think about it some time in the future if you think it may still be a good idea."

Well if you really like him go for it but if you don't say "I like you as a friend and all just I don't like you in a b/f way. Sorry".. But you should still give him a chance if he likes you. That is how tons of my relationships works. They ask me out and I give them a chance and it works out on a lot of them. But do what your heart thinks is right.

LOL --- I've been married to my husband for 26 years. He gets on my nerves a lot. So, don't let THAT stop you. If you want to go out with him, then go out with him. If you don't, then say "no thanks".
