And if so, what is it or do you know yet? What are your feelings on it?

I don't feel I have a destiny, I know I have a destiny.

As I look back over my life, I see God's hand that guided me, and planned my life. I became a Christian when I was 13, and am now 50.

I work amongst addicts in a Christian rehabilitation centre, and see people's lives transformed each day, little by little.

All the experiences throughout my life, my various employments, have suddenly all come into great use for what I believe God has called me to do.

I head up a detox unit in the rehab, and see first hand the state on the girls who come into us. Their lives ravaged by drugs, alcohol, some prostitution. Gratefully, they leave after a year's programme completely transformed. They have destiny .... having met with the Lord Jesus Christ who alone can change a person and renew them.

What is your destiny?
Do you know Jesus?
He is waiting for you to commit your life to Him.

Seek ye the Lord while He may be found
Call upon Him while He is near
Let the wicked forsake His way
And the unrighteous man his thoughts.

Kindda. I can do things others cant and I know no one that feels the same way. Stuff has been disappearing out of my 'ANYTHING Journal' and my Mom and Dad didn`t do that. Those pages were important and no one should ever find them again but me. I think that I don't belong here and I cant wait till I`m 13. The EXACT same time that Hercules found out he didn't belong after all. So maybe I am of... how to put this... 'Distant Race'. I`ve always felt watched and I can- again, how to put this...?- go inside my mind. I know it doesn't make any sense. So yeah, now that you count off all the stuff I care to mention, I do think I have a special destiny.

I have a destiny and so are you. Because I created it. Whatever or wherever I will be in the end of my life is the destiny I have made for myself. That is the end result of what I chose to do, what I did not choose to do, what I have neglected to do and what I did that is not necessary. Though my life started with something I have no choice, it is in my growing and learning years that I have to make a choice, whether to walk consciously by following my God's law as I go about my Free Choices or to defy His laws and do things without regards to his teachings. To live in His grace or to live under His curse. I never think of my destiny as God's decision on where He would place me but rather on where I am in His grace.

I don't believe in destiny. Mor do I elieve in fate. I do, however believe in possibility, probability, and coincidence. Destiny is one of those things people cling to to make themselves feel special. Whenever a rich, powerful man thinks about 'destiny', he looks down. Whenever some poor loser thinks about destiny, he looks up. Destiny is just one of many crutches dreamed up by people that hope like Hell that there's more to life than what they've been subjected to thus far.
