Everyone does NOT have a predestined time to die; such a notion only expresses a philosophy, doctrine, or belief system that denies free will. Of course, as one ages or contracts a fatal disease or condition, the date of one's probable demise becomes more predictable. In the case of death such as on 9/11 or an accident in which the victims were innocent, those are simply instances of "being in the wrong place at the wrong time" or fate, if you prefer. My father believed that when one's "number was up", one would die, and he did indeed die mysteriously by electrocution after a storm which had downed wires in front of our house. Still, by his reasoning, he caused his number to come up by attempting to cross the street nearby those wires when he knew they were there. If life is unscripted, then tragic events transpire, sometimes precipitated by ignorance or evil design, but often occurring inexplicably, and they happen to the populace indiscriminately to a great extent..

Nobody has a "Time" to die that was predetermined by the Creator.
The Creator gives us 120 Years to do our Thing.
More if you are Strong.
The Isrealites in the Wilderness had their Years Shortened to 70 because of their Doubt and Unbelief.
The 70 Years only Appllied to those People.

The Bible states that it is appointed unto man to die once. It does not say that a person would die on a certain day or time, just that all mankind will die.
