i want a new look, I'm going to do blonde hair and brown highlights with short hair,would it look cool on me?

my natural color is, I think either a light or medium brown, and want to do this to surprise my friends.

Maybe if you flipped it around and had brown hair with blonde highlights. I know someone who has that, it looks great.

Instead of going blonde, I'd suggest adding different highlights & lowlights in dark blonde, carmel, med. blonde. It won't damage your hair as much as going all blonde, and won't look as freaky. Unless you are looking for a drastic, punky look. If so, then I'd say do blonde on the top, and instead of doing the brown streaks throughout, do it underneath so that it shows up when you pull your hair back. But it depends on how short your hair is.

my first bf cut off all his hair and then bleached it. then, he dumped me.... don't ask how that applies to you, but don't dye your hair blonde if your not a blonde... it looks so fake and stupid. If you want a new look, try new clothes or a new hair cut. Please don't dye your hair blonde.
