Do you have a nesting box? SInce females can lay eggs at any time, mating has no bearing on when she will lay. And cockatiels are one of the birds that mate for pleasure. Mine will mate at any time. But when I put the nesting box within their sight they are VERY active. After a few days I will put the box where they can get in and lay fertile eggs. I've learned that the box is the trigger for active, productive mating and successful clutches.

If she will lay eggs, it will be within the next two weeks.

Are you trying to breed your cockatiels? If so, you will need proper food and a nestbox with proper nesting material. No yarn or strings!

Hi, my cockatiels have laid many eggs, and we've had many baby birds. I don't remember how long it actually took but I do know that it doesn't take that long from incubation to baby birds...
