Happiness comes from making the Five Physical Senses (our Body, Brain etc.) Comfortable and without pain and sulffering.
JOY is a Spiritual Force that comes from Putting the Word of GOD into a Reborn Spiritman untill that "Joy of the Lord" bubbles up into our Physical Man.

The Lord, because He has saved me from sin and hell and has washed me clean, white as snow! I am redeemed by his blood, and he took my punishment upon Himself, and has given me eternal life in Him! There is NO greater JOY than that! And I pray all the time that the Lord would restore unto me the JOY of His salvation and renew a right spirit within me~ He gives me joy and peace- this comes with salvation, like the icing on the cake!

Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.

And knowing that God is the Most Merciful is the First reason for the joy ..bcoz He may forgive me when i make mistakes

My joy comes from the LORD because it is he who has made us and not we ourselves. To know him is to love him; and to love him is to praise him; and to praise him is when joy comes; and when joy comes; it brings me complete fulfillment. Just try him and see!

Mine comes from the Lord.Why?Just knowing he holds the future takes a huge burden off me.Life is good,and so is GOD.......
