I wanted to donate blood today, but I couldn't because I have low iron, (just a little) what doese that mean

got the old prick in the finger, put the drop of blood in a container of blue die. The drop didn't hit the bottom within fifteen seconds so, the nurse took some more blood, left the room came back and told me I had low iron. Not by a lot just a little bit. What could this mean? Should I be worried, my mom is acting like I have anemia or something...
so whats up with me?

You might not being eating enough food that contains iron maybe you should take a multi-vitamin in the morning or take an iron pill. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
